What servers do you use?
Dual Xeon 2.4ghz with 2 gigs of ram. We use RedHat
7 & 9 operating systems. Our network backbone consists
of UUNET, Level3, Verio, Time Warner and Global Crossing.

Do you do windows / NT hosting?
Sorry, no. We only do LINUX
What payments do you accept?
We accept payment for hosting by credit or debit

Do I have access to update my site 24 hours a day?
Absolutely. Whether you're a day person or a night owl, your
site is available for you to update.

Is there a minimum time contract/commitment?
Not at all. You can cancel at any time.

How soon will my account be set up and ready to use?
Your site can be uploaded to our servers immediately. Your
domain name will be accessible within 24-48 hours of the domain
name server change to ours.

Do you offer a money back guarantee? Yes.
If for any reason during the first 30 days as a Host Yorkshire
customer, you are not completely satisfied we will refund
your money.

I see some hosts offering "unlimited bandwidth".
Why don't you offer this? There is no such thing
as "unlimited bandwidth." Someone has to pay for
the traffic somewhere.
What if I need more bandwidth?
Just upgrade to a higher plan. If you are at the
highest plan contact customer support who will customise you
a package to suit your needs.

Which plan should I choose?
This is depends on how large your web site is and
how many visitors you are going to expect. All packages will
run a modest web site. If you are unsure it's best to start
off small and upgrade if needed.
